Documentary Koppen
For several years Duva is working with Flanders Synergy for a better and innovative work organization. We do this in order to let the growth of the company run smoothly for our people in the organization. The emphasis is placed on a responsive organization with a responsive team. We work around the themes workable work, operational dashboard, the flexible matrix and the creation of self-managing teams. These efforts have not gone unnoticed. Our team feels the difference every day and they are excited about the trajectory that was made until now. Also the press has noticed. For example, the journalists of “Koppen” asked Duva recently to work on a documentary on the topic of burnouts and how to prevent it. This documentary shows how Duva has a preventive effect on this issue.
